I've found so many great recipes here, but I'd also like to share my experience with choosing a pan. I like Korean egg roll. I bought a special pan for it. I chose it with the help of this article mykitchenadvisor.com/omelette-pan/. I used to cook such a roll with vegetables in a regular pan, but it turns out so much better. It's called Japanese Omelette pan.
